Bare Pair

The vagaries of human nature never fail to flabbergast me. While we live with incongruous legislation such as Noddys’ friend no longer being called big ears, and, Andy Pandy being politically incorrect if he gets into the toy basket with Looby Loo. We allow two grown adults to roam around naked on public roads. To me, it’s barefaced cheek; I do hope I’m not offending their right to express themselves by using such a turn of phrase.
In a world with no scarcity of nudist beaches or comparable establishments, you really have to wonder, what is their remit? It appears to be nothing more than rampant exhibitionism at best. At worst? I’d rather not go there. Though taking into account the British weather perhaps flaccid exhibitionism may be a more accurate description. I can only assume that the problem lies with my contemporaries and myself. Growing up in the days of free love and decency. Aye, there’s the rub, whether it is nobler in the mind to walk through the country naked or suffer the slings and arrows of ‘60’s misfortune.
The strange thing is, I have no objection to naked Humanoids, I just feel that these people are putting their opinion before anyone elses and, that is offensive. If we do live in a state where we are all entitled to our own opinions, they have removed that basic right from many who will be offended, that in my eyes is their crime.
