Jail For "Nessie Bomb" Smart-Ass.
The man who claimed he had a bomb in his bag on a flight from Inverness in December last year, then said the incident was blown up out of all proportion when armed police hauled him off the plane only to find two Loch Ness Monster furry toys in his bag, appeared in court today.
Inverness Sheriff Alasdair MacFayden didn't agree, and showing the same lack of humour as airline staff and armed response units, jailed the silly bugger for two months.
A fitting sentence for anyone with so little taste they buy "Nessie Monster" tourist trash made in Taiwan.
