great picture :) but I can't figure out the scale here. is this a home for hobbits? (or are my eyes just being screwy? -they do that sometimes)
Thanks Mushsis. Now you mention it I see your point - about the scale AND the Hobbits.
It's a normal size crofthouse for it's age. I'm 5ft 6 and a bit and my head would come just above the level of the edge of the thatch, so even I would have to duck down to see through the window.
This is a scan from an exhibition picture, shot on my (now dearly departed) Nikon F5, with Tri-X film, hand processed and tinted with dyes.
I have severe misgivings about discarding my darkroom and film - but I'm so goddamn lazy.......
