Blogger Isn't Getting A Whole Lot Better.
As this is a Mac, I use that system's Safari web browser which has always displayed my blog perfectly, until Blogger's system went down last weekend and post titles started appearing in the sidebar while the stuff that should appear there disappeared completely.
Although it wouldn't affect Windoze users, anyone with a Mac and Safari was presumably seeing the same confused and distorted page as I was.
I've just had to delete several posts as nothing I could do would rectify the problem.
As a result quite a few comments that people posted - Elektrofly, Kats, Yuki and others - have also gone, and I apologize for that.
Am I the only one who is getting more and more problems recently with Blogger?

hmmm.... that is bothersome.
what about u try to get wordpress.
and u can import all your posts to it and can even redirect your old blog automatically to ur new one.
like what i did.
with wordpress, u cant change the template though, which makes it appear all the same in IE, safari, or mozilla firefox. and there you go.

I didn't get that, and I use a Mac at home. I notice that all the comments about Straw have disappeared - that seems to suggest that it might be something more sinister, like MI5 or 6 "filtering" your site.

Thanks Yuki. Took a look at Wordpress the other day and even set up a test page.
It's pretty good, but does not allow me to enter code I need to make my posts appear in certain listings, etc.
With the number of spare computers kicking about this house I'm considering setting up my own server, but I need to investigate that further.
Meantime, I guess I stick with Blogger.

I've noticed Blogger being sluggish beyond sluggish when I want to use it, but that's about it. No phantom deletes or outright refusal of service.
You may be onto something regarding MI5, though, because Blair seems to be rearranging his staff a little today.
