Yo Blair - But They're The Only Words I Can Pronounce.

Britain's international development secretary, Hilary Benn, said in a speech in New York that the government has stopped using the phrase "war on terror" because the expression strengthens terrorists resolve by making them feel part of a larger struggle.

Somebody better explain to George.
